Covid19 Procedures and Refund Policies

Covid 19 policy:

In January of 2023, we plan to switch to masks optional. This policy is subject to change, so please note that if you register for a class, our mask policy might change before or during your session.

Stay home if you are feeling sick or know that you have been exposed to Covid19

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• For a refund or credit, cancellations and exchanges must be requested 3 weeks before the start date of the workshop.
• If you qualify for a refund (requested 3 weeks prior to start date), A 10% service fee will be charged to all refunds. 
• We are unable to offer any refunds or partial refunds after the start of the workshop (or three weeks prior), for any circumstances. This includes illness or family emergency. Sorry, no exceptions!
• If we have to postpone a class Due to Covid 19 or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the workshop as soon as possible. The class will not be considered rescheduled (not canceled), and therefore we will not be able to offer refunds.
