We are thrilled to pair up with Seattle based artist Coco Spadoni to offer this hands on, online experience. In this workshop, students will learn how to work with clay to make lightweight and unique jewelry pieces. Coco will guide you through how to work with porcelain on a small scale including staining clay with bright pigments and the basics of assemblage so you have fun, wearable art. This class is perfect for both beginners and the more experienced artist!
Supply kits can be purchased and picked up at our studio (2324 SE Belmont St) during open hours a week before the workshop. Kits include .5 lbs Porcelain, 2 colored mason stains (lobster & Bermuda), a Needle tool, Scalpel, & Dowel. We are also offering an “Instruction only” option at a reduced rate for out of town students or those who have their own supplies.
Class will be presented via Zoom, and you can access the application on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Link will be sent to you via email before the class.
