Description
In this figurative sculpting workshop, students will learn how to build anatomical Figural components within a personal narrative. Come explore hand-built ceramics and human anatomy using a solid building technique. Throughout the 8 weeks, students will become familiar with how to build the face/head, hands, and feet.
With years of experience, Paige Wright will guide you through lectures and demos while you create your own piece. This class is perfect for both beginners and more experienced artists, no ceramics experience is necessary. All supplies included.
This session, we are also offering students 24 free “open studio” hours to come in and practice (without instruction) outside of class times. These open hours will be limited to Thursday 5pm- 9pm, Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 1pm-5pm and Sunday 11-3pm. Open Studio access begins the fist week of May.
