Welcome to our FAQ page. We prefer to spend our time creating things rather than answering emails so please read through this page before contacting us with questions!
What is your cancellation/ refund policy?
Cancellation policy: For a refund or credit, cancellations or exchange must be requested 2 weeks before the start date of the workshop. A 10% fee will be charged to all refunds.
Why don’t you have a phone number?
A ringing phone distracts our members while they are at work, so we prefer to keep in touch with you via email instead.
Do I need to make an appointment to come check out the space?
Nope, come take a tour anytime we are open. See our open studio hours here!
The workshop i’m interested in is sold out — can I preregister for the next session?
Sorry, no preregistration is available. The best way to stay informed is to get on our mailing list at the bottom of every page so that you receive notification when class registration goes live each session. We promise not to spam you or overflow your inbox!

Can I fire my ceramic work in your kilns if I made it outside of the studio?
No, unfortunately we do not have kiln space to fire work made outside of our studio. People looking for kiln space should check out Georgies Ceramic and Clay Supply. We hope to offer ^10 gas firing to the public soon!

We do allow members to use clay and glazes from outside of the studio as long as they check in with the on duty staff to make sure that everything is formulated for use in a cone 6 firing.
