Pricing for individual artist studios ranges between $190 and $340 depending on amenities and size. All utilities are included in prices. Building has an alarm, central air & heat on the main floor, forced air heat on the lower level with a private yard accessible on the lower level. Wiring and ventilation for kilns is available on the lower level. Studio dividing walls are 8' and ceiling height is 12' (main level), 10+' (lower level). Private studio artist enjoy all the benefits of a full partner including access to shared painting/printmaking/ceramics facilities.

A $50 surcharge applies for shared studios (no more than two per studio). Sorry, absolutely no live-work.
